Insurance Carriers: 

We have been hired by many insurance carriers. The jobs range from small water losses in single family residences or apartments to fire damage in large commercial high rise buildings.  The scope of work may involve asbestos and mold inspections, water damage, biohazards, bacterial exposures, sick building syndrome and/or fire damage evaluations.

Remediation Contractors: 

Indoor Air Sciences works with a variety of mold and asbestos abatement contractors and will gladly provide recommendations for bidding purposes.

Building contractors: 

IA Sciences has teamed with building contractors in a number ways including asbestos inspections, contractor monitoring, and on=site mold and bacterial clearances.

Wineries: 

We have addressed a large number of indoor air quality concerns  for a wineries throughout  the wine country of Northern California including the Dry Creek, Rutherford, Alexander, Cloverdale, St. Helena, Sonoma and Napa Valley regions. 

Green Building: 

We have been involved on both large and small green building projects including the largest straw bale building in the US (the problem was not with the bales) to multiple green businesses within a large San Francisco commercial building that experience a fire.  We can provide cost effective testing for both LEED and Build It Green certifications.
